Our policy is valid within the first 14 days of receiving your product. If you fail to contact us before the 14 day period, your return claim will be denied.
If you have received incorrect or defective item(s):
If you received a defective or an incorrect item please do the following:
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) displaying the issue.
- Attach the pictures and email us at email@example.com
If you received an item and would like a refund or exchange:

How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded for the total checkout price on your order or total checkout price for a single item plus taxes. The refund will be issued once you return the item and it has been inspected.
Please be aware that you must return the product in its original packaging, condition and unused.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund after 30 days please contact your financial institution.
Specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
If you return an item without its original packaging or used you will not be refunded.
